I have been a Sales Associate for almost 11 years now, and have attended many "sales training" workshops, some lasting as long as 2 weeks, most have very little to do with real life, however after attending your workshop, I not only left with new ideas, but also a new prospective on how I could make my exsisting approach to helping and understanding my customers even better,it's not so much about "selling" as it is understanding the customer and making it easy for them to purchase.
