TouchPoint Shopping
Measuring associate performance is a topic that we have spent years researching.  This research has led us to a revolutionary method to measure a sales associates performance.  Most shopping companies train “shoppers” to visit associates and pose as customers.  We do a couple of things that are different.

A New Way to Improve Accountability

First, we use a proprietary method that allows us to measure performance using real customers.  Customers that are shopping for a home.  This eliminates the miscommunication and mistakes when someone tries to act like a customer.  It also eliminates the comments you hear from your associates.  You know the ones we’re talking about, “I knew they were shoppers”.  Or maybe, “They didn’t act like a real customer acts”.  The scope of learning is very limited when people are “acting” like shoppers, no matter how good they are.  We’ve elimated that problem.

Second, we don’t measure for results.  We measure the behaviors that are critical to producing results.  This procedure allows us to produce a CLEP™  (customized learning plan) for each associate.  With this shopping tool, you will notice your associates improving faster than ever before.

TouchPoint Shopping is part of the Selling For Satisfaction process.
