The InterviewSelling Workshop is actually two workshops in one. It’s a coaching program for managers and a sales training program for associates. This program includes six (one-day) workshops over the course of a twelve month period. Managers will cover:
- The Interview selling basics
- Interview Selling lesson plans
- On site and classroom coaching
- Coaching role play situations
- Coaching for problems and solutions
Sales associates, along with their managers, will cover everything included in the one day workshop and more. As far as the Interview Process you'll cover:
- The basics of selling high-risk products
- The TouchPoint opening, interview and closing processes
- How to implement the InterviewSelling™ process
- Interview strategies and techniques
In addition, you will also learn how to use all of the mission critical objectives for Opening the Sale and Closing the Sale. You should expect immediate improvement, even after the first workshop. TouchPoint Shopping is part of the Selling For Satisfaction program.
